Stone Hill Manor officially has a road.  The neighborhood is coming together.  While we are still awaiting water, gas, and power, we do have a road that allows you to stand and envision your dream.  Along Kenneth Road, we decided to install a couple of berms to help create the perfect oasis of privacy.  Once the weather cools from this summer heat, we plan to plant some trees along the berm.  While many neighborhoods create landscape easements, we chose not to.  Given the size of the neighborhood, a landscape easement would infringe on your ability to create your perfect backyard.  Should you want to utilize the berm as a backdrop for a waterfall, or any other feature, that is completely up to you.  

While the road isn't officially on Google Maps, you can enter 2550 W 171st St, Stilwell, KS 66085 as the address and your GPS will get you to the property.  We are conveniently located at the corner of 171st and Kenneth Road, adjacent to the new Blue Valley at Loch Lloyd Kansas expansion.  Our lots sit atop the hill overlooking this new development and just down Kenneth Road from the new west entrance of Loch Lloyd.  This property sits in the middle of some very nice estate homes with a large tract of farmland to the south.  Lots 1 and 2 share a new pond that has already had plenty of wildlife frequent its banks.
